Workshare Wednesday was a bi-weekly design initiative I led to foster cross-disciplinary learning, team connection, and creative inspiration within GMR Marketing’s creative department. Each session featured a rotating host or presenter—either from within the creative team or another department—who shared a project, skill, or passion point related to design.

As program lead, I handled end-to-end planning and facilitation, including:

  • Sourcing, organizing, and scheduling a diverse lineup of presenters

  • Ensuring a mix of perspectives by rotating between creative roles and other disciplines

  • Running pre-session prep meetings with each host to align on content and flow

  • Leading and moderating each live session, including Q&A discussions

  • Developing a central resource system for easy access to past presentations

Workshare Wednesday became a trusted space for idea exchange, professional development, and celebrating the varied talents across the agency
